Returns and Exchange Terms
Can I Request a Return or Exchange?
You can request a return or exchange for product(s) purchased from bejfinefactory.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you can request a return by exercising your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
The 14-day period starts on the day you receive your shipment.

Providing your order number, the details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for return when submitting your request will help speed up the process.

Return and Exchange Conditions
Products to be returned or exchanged must:
- Be unused
- Be sent with their original packaging, tags, and all accessories
- Have their product protection tape uncut, unremoved, and undamaged.
Products that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back to you.
How Does the Return Process Work?
- After the product reaches us, its compliance with return conditions is checked.
- For products found eligible, the return process is completed within 2-10 business days.
- Ineligible products are sent back to you via courier without any processing.
- When the return is completed, a notification email is sent to your registered email address.
- This message means the refund has been transmitted to your bank.
Which Products Cannot Be Returned?
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made products (name-printed, special production)
- Products with protection tape removed, cut, or damaged
- Products damaged due to user error
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear, etc.)
When Will the Refund Be Credited to My Account?
- For payments made by credit card, the refund is processed within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
- For installment payments, the refund amount is credited to your credit card in monthly installments by your bank.
- For payments made by bank transfer/EFT, the refund amount is transferred to the bank account you specified within 3-5 business days.
These timeframes depend on the banks' internal processes and cannot be changed by BEJ Fine Factory.
How Can I Make a Product Exchange?
Within 14 days from the delivery date, you can send your product unused and complete to the address above. You can communicate the model, color, and size details of the product you wish to exchange through the following channels:

Returns for Orders with Discount Codes
I used a discount code and returned the product. Can I use the same code again?
- Unless otherwise stated by BEJ Fine Factory, discount codes are single-use.
I returned part of a promotional order. Is my discount still valid?
- If the remaining product(s) still meet the campaign conditions, the discount remains valid.
- If the campaign conditions are no longer met, the discount is cancelled and the difference is deducted from the refund amount.
What Should I Do If There Is a Manufacturing Defect?
- If the product you received has any manufacturing defect, you can send it to us with postage paid by recipient.
- After our quality control team inspects the product, an exchange is processed based on stock availability, or a refund is issued.
Legal Information
Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations, the consumer's right of withdrawal in distance sales contracts is 14 days. Our return and exchange processes are conducted in full compliance with legal regulations.
