This membership agreement ("Agreement") enters into force upon completion of the membership process between LUNEX TEKSTIL INSAAT SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company" or "BEJ Fine Factory") and the user registering as a member on bejfinefactory.com ("Member").

2. Subject

- Account security is the member's responsibility
4. Intellectual Property
All content on bejfinefactory.com is owned by LUNEX TEKSTIL and legally protected.
5. Applicable Law
This agreement is subject to Turkish law. Istanbul (Anatolian side) Courts have jurisdiction.
