Select the product you like on bejfinefactory.com, choose your size and color preferences, then click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your cart. Then complete the payment steps to place your order. You can also shop as a guest without registering.
How can I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a size chart. You can take your body measurements and compare them with the values in the chart. If you are unsure about sizing, you can get size consultation via our WhatsApp line (+90 544 347 36 46).
What is the delivery time and how does the process work?
Your orders are handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. The courier's delivery time varies between 1-4 business days depending on your region.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service to request a size, color, or address change. Changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.

Where is my shipment? How can I track it?
