Shipping Process and Delivery Time
Orders placed through our website are handed over to our contracted courier company within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Official and religious holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
For credit card payments, your order is prepared and delivered to the courier company as soon as the transaction is confirmed. For bank transfer/EFT payments, the shipping process begins when the payment reaches and is confirmed in our company account.
Shipping Cost
You can benefit from free shipping on orders above a certain amount. The free shipping threshold may vary during promotional periods. Please follow our website for current shipping fees and promotions.
Shipment Tracking
After your order is handed over to the courier company, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email. You can easily track your shipment on our contracted courier company's website using this number.
You can also view your shipping status in real-time by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
Delivery and Absence at Address
The courier company delivers your order to the delivery address you specified. If you are not at the address during delivery, the courier will leave a notification at your address and expect you to pick up your package from the nearest courier branch within 3 business days. Shipments not picked up within this period will be returned to bejfinefactory.com.
Important Notes Upon Delivery
When receiving your order, please check whether the courier package has any opening, crushing, wetting, tearing, or similar damage. If the package is damaged, you must prepare a damage report together with the courier. Unfortunately, reports made without a damage report cannot be accepted.
For damaged products, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. After the necessary inspections, a product exchange or return process will be initiated.
Delivery Regions
Your orders are delivered to all provinces and districts across Turkey. Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier traffic. Delivery in major cities is generally completed within 1-2 business days, while in other provinces it takes 2-4 business days.
